Admission Details

1. New Admission will be taken from the month of November to March.

2. Applications for admission are accepted from students of all religious faith.However,Christians are given preference.

3. Once a child has been selected for admission,the parents should fill in the admission form with the utmost care. No subsequent changes will be permitted later.

4. Signature of both parents must be given on the admission form;either signature will be valid for all transaction while the candidate continues to study.

5. Proper certificate with the names of the candidate and the parents must be submitted along with copies.No affidavits will be accepted.A birth certificate must be produced from the Municipal;Corporation.Christian students must present a certificate of Baptism and a letter of parish membership from the local pastor.A student who has attended a school must present a transfer certificate before being admitted.

6. New candidates must be introduced personally by the parents.They will be responsible for the fees as also the conduct and studies of their children.

7. The Principal is the final authority in all matters of admission into the school.

8. One may be considered admitted at two installment payment;first at the time of admission and the second within next six months.Such facilities are contemplated to facilitate economic condition of the people of the area around the school.

School Fees

9. The tuition fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly installments or in advance.No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods.Students are liable to be charged full fees as long sas their names are officially on the rolls.Fees once paid will not be refunded.The fees are to be paid in advance before the 15th of each months,failing which a late fee of Rs. 25 will be levied up to the end of the month.

10. Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be debarred from sitting in class/for an examination.If the dues exceed three months,the name is liable to be struck off the register and in order to continue,the readmission fee will be charged.

11. Fees for the holiday months must be paid in advance before the school closes.All dues must be paid before the school year ends.

12. The School reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year,if an increment is considered necessary by the Managing Committee.
